Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready.

Local Pickup
We offer a local pickup option. Once your order is prepared, you will be contacted directly to arrange a convenient pickup location and time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • French Polynesia (Domestic): 10 euro (1200 XPF)— estimated delivery within 7–15 business days
  • France and New Caledonia : 20 euro - estimated delivery within 10–20 business days
  • International Shipping: 25 USD — estimated delivery within 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be longer due to factors beyond our control (such as postal delays, customs processing, or peak periods).

We offer free shipping for all orders over 250€ / 295 USD / 407 AUD.

Liability
Finline is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged parcels once the order has been shipped. By placing an order, you agree that shipping is at your own risk.

Customer Responsibility
Please ensure your contact information is accurate when placing your order. Finline is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Customs & Import Duties

As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes required by your country. These charges may need to be paid in order for your package to be released by customs upon arrival.

Finline is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, delays, or seized packages. We strongly recommend checking your country’s import regulations and customs policies before placing an order.

If a delivery attempt is made and the package is not collected or is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery fees and re-import charges.

If the return fees or customs charges exceed the value of the order, the package may be abandoned and no refund will be issued.
