By placing an order with Finline, you agree to our Shipping and Return Policy.

Returns & Refunds

We offer returns and refunds within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Any hygiene seals must remain intact (if applicable)
  • The item must be returned with the original Finline pouch/packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Any item that does not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the customer.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Finline is not responsible for lost returns.

Sale Items

All discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible at:
